Matthew Friday is a professional writer and freelance research consultant for MediaXchange.

For the past four years Matthew has worked for MediaXchange, assisting in the creation, research, and management of their international television exchanges and events. He currently works as a freelance research consultant, specializing in relevant television research and reports.

Matthew has a degree in Scriptwriting for Film & Television from Bournemouth University and a Masters in Creative Writing from Goldsmith College. Matthew has won a BBC award for radio drama, had numerous plays produced and has written episodes of the Channel Four drama Hollyoaks. He is currently trying to get his first novel published, an historical adventure novel set in Dark Age Britain.
